As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking caring, collaborative, and experienced RBTs to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. As an RBT, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children between the ages of 2 to 18 years old, implement skill acquisition programs, and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will also support children and their families to promote independence and positive behavior change.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA

• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change

• Competitive pay: $23 - $30 per hour depending on experience

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification or BT experience in providing ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA

• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes

• Willingness and ability to pass a background check
