Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,016 per week

Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Georgetown, Indiana. Start Date: 05/18/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 40 hours per week • Shift: 8 hours • Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide goal-directed care. Document outpatient care with functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and timely charge entry. Supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student supervision when assigned. Maintain licensure in good standing and meet state continuing education requirements. May float to other local facilities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active State License Required to Start the Assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; no new graduates accepted. Experience evaluating and treating orthopedic and outpatient populations with development of individualized treatment plans. Competence in outpatient documentation. Location Georgetown, IN offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town amenities with drives to larger regional attractions.
