About the role Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Banquet House Attendant with experience and a passion for executing exceptional banquet events. This role involves handling all aspects of event setup, breakdown, and ensuring spaces are maintained in perfect condition to deliver a flawless guest experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable events. What you will do Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order. Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition. Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans. Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely. What you bring Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set-up High school education or equivalent experience Minimum one year food service or related work The ability to lift 25/50 pounds regularly. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
