Tax Manager

A growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax (Senior) Manager to join its Indianapolis team. This is a leadership opportunity to advise middle-market businesses and business owners on complex tax planning, consulting, and compliance matters while helping drive the growth of a well-established tax practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex tax engagements and client relationships
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services
• Review federal, state, and local tax returns
• Mentor and develop tax professionals
• Support business development and practice growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active CPA (or equivalent certification)
• 8 years of public accounting or related experience
• 5 years of supervisory experience
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills
