Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 + strong benefits + growth opportunity

A well-respected construction management firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5-10 years of experience who wants to take ownership of meaningful projects while working for a company that is small enough to know your name, but established enough to compete on major work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Track procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor quality, safety, and schedule performance
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience managing vertical building projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
