We are committed to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and responsible medical innovation.We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide nursing leadership and oversight for our growing network of clinics, in a role that combines administrative responsibility with direct involvement in patient care standards.Position OverviewThe Nurse Manager will oversee nursing operations and patient care services across Keta Medical Center's locations:ManhattanBrooklynLong IslandNew RochelleOradell, NJWestfield, NJAdditional locations as we grow in the New York City metro areaThis role combines nursing leadership, administrative management, and clinical oversight. This is a fully in-person, onsite position and will require regular travel to all Keta locations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing leadership and oversight for all nursing services across Keta Medical Center locations.Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.Develop, implement, and maintain nursing protocols, policies, and quality standards in coordination with the Medical Director.Oversee nursing quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.Ensure consistent standards of care and clinical practice across all sites.Fill in and cover clinical shifts directly when nursing staff are unavailable.Support training and professional development of nursing staff.Participate in clinical documentation standards, medical record review, and risk management from a nursing perspective.Travel regularly across all Keta Medical Center locations to provide onsite leadership and support.Work clinical shifts within our centers to gain direct familiarity with our workflows and standards before assuming full supervisory responsibility.QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Active RN license in New York and/or New Jersey; must be willing and able to obtain licensure in both states if not already licensed in both.Minimum 10 years of nursing leadership/management experience, including experience as an ER Nurse Manager.Demonstrated nursing administrative or leadership experience (Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Leader, or similar role).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Why Join Us?This is your opportunity to build a career in healthcare operations while making a direct impact on patient lives.
