Commercial Cleaning Team Member

WE OFFER:

• Pay starting from $14.50 per hour.

• Mon-Fri: Shifts between 5:30 pm-10:30 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Attention to detail: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and ability to notice small details in cleaning tasks.
• Organization skills: Keep cleaning supplies and equipment in order.
• Time management: Efficiently managing time to complete tasks promptly.
• Exactness: Following checklists, instructions, and details.
• Systematic cleaning: Including but not limited to restrooms, vacuuming, kitchen area and appliances, dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Meticulous care: Ensuring all cleaning tasks and restocking needs are handled with care.
• Clear communication: Ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members when necessary.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have own transportation.
• Commercial cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

ABOUT US:

Office Pride is one of the most highly respected commercial and office cleaning businesses in Northwest Arkansas. To serve our loyal and trusted clients, we are hiring immediately for part-time, flexible positions with real opportunities for career advancement based on performance. We offer a part-time and set schedule with Monday through Friday shifts between 5:30pm -10:30pm. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
