Material Handler

• Responsible for handling, storing, and shipping warehouse products, including plastic sheeting.
• Unload incoming shipments, inspect materials, and accurately record inventory.
• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate counts and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, palletize, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and electronic records.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Requires 1-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Requires 1-3 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience with inventory control, picking, packing, palletizing, and staging preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
• Monday-Friday schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Kutztown,PA.
