Appointment Setter (Sales Development Representative)

Creative Resource Personnel is looking for driven Appointment Setters (Sales Development Representatives) to join our growing Sales Team and help expand our presence in the light industrial staffing industry.
This is a high-energy outbound sales role designed for individuals who want to develop real sales skills, earn uncapped commission, and grow within a company that invests in their success. Your effort directly impacts your income, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound cold calls to businesses in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and other light industrial industries.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers to introduce Creative Resource Personnel’s staffing solutions.
- Qualify prospects and understand their hiring needs.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Build opportunities that develop into long-term client partnerships.
- Maintain accurate activity records and follow-ups through the CRM system.
- Starting salary: $40,000/year
- $50 bonus for every qualified appointment scheduled.
- $350 bonus for every appointment that converts into a new client after the first invoice is paid.

- Goal-oriented with a desire to earn based on performance.
