Job Title: Senior agile coach (15 plus years of exp z)
Location: BROADWAY, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications- Bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field .
- Software development experience.
- Agile coaching experience.
- Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
- Hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale .
- Experience coaching and guiding teams through Agile adoption and transformation.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban .
- Certified Agile Coach, such as ICP-ACC or ICP-ATF .
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) .
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) .
- Equivalent Agile coaching or transformation credentials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
- Advance large-scale Agile Transformation efforts across MTA-IT.
- Promote Agile principles and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement across teams and organizational processes.
- Coach teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban .
- Facilitate Agile training sessions and workshops.
- Implement Agile best practices and tools.
- Leverage metrics to inform decision-making and improve team and organizational performance.
- Enhance delivery practices and align outcomes with business objectives.
- Support operational excellence through effective Agile practices.
- Lead and support enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
- Drive cultural transformation and enable organizational change at scale.
- Apply change management and organizational design practices to support Agile maturity.
- Influence teams and stakeholders without direct managerial responsibilities.
- Support enterprise-wide Agile maturity in alignment with the broader MTA-IT strategy.
