Responsibilities Build genuine patient relationships; understand their goals, not just their diagnosis Deliver engaging one-on-one evaluations where patients feel heard Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness-oriented programs to help patients regain lost skills Collaborate directly with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care Serve as a liaison between the rehab floor and our medical and surgical teams Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EMR system Prepare patients confidently for return to work, sport, school, and life Educate caregivers and/or family members of patients on patient needs Maintain professional knowledge and technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available Evaluate patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health #J-18808-Ljbffr Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics
