Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing Litigation Department. This opportunity is open to both newly licensed California attorneys seeking hands-on mentorship and experienced litigators ready to take ownership of a personal injury caseload. Depending on experience level, attorneys will receive the training, support, and resources necessary to develop their litigation skills or independently manage active litigation files. This role offers exposure to all aspects of personal injury litigation, including court appearances, depositions, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediation, trial preparation, and case strategy. We are looking for motivated attorneys who are eager to grow professionally, advocate for injured clients, and build a long-term career with our firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage or assist in managing personal injury litigation files from filing through resolution or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare memorandum and case analyses
• Attend court hearings, case management conferences, and related proceedings
• Take and defend depositions, or assist with deposition preparation and strategy
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution proceedings
• Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates throughout litigation
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases forward efficiently
• Assist with or lead trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness preparation, and related litigation tasks
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and litigation calendars

Required Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and motivated to succeed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Personal injury law: 1 year (Preferred)
• Law office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience managing litigation files independently
• Experience with depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
• Trial preparation, mediation, arbitration, or trial experience
• Law clerk, externship, internship, or other relevant legal experience
• Spanish-English bilingual skills preferred, but not required
• Armenian-English bilingual skills preferred, but not required

• Compensation: $100,000-$145,000 per year + benefits (DOE) (Compensation will be based on experience, litigation background, and ability to independently manage files.)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
