Overview We have 2 Pediatrics openings in Metro Jacksonville, FL!! Substantial patient panel will be available. They are an independently owned Primary Care Physician Group that has provided medical care to the Jacksonville, Florida community for over 40 years. "As an organization, we highly value trusting relationships with our patients, a commitment to the highest quality of medical care, and a keen ability to coordinate our patients’ journey through the healthcare system as a whole." Scope of Practice Will see Medicare patients for wellness visits. Documentation is assisted by medical assistants. The provider will manage patients in 15-minute appointment slots. The provider will receive a $60/month stipend to cover use of personal cell phones for business. The provider will not round on newborns. Qualifications Must be Board certified Experience is great! Florida license preferred Responsibilities Attend monthly meetings with physicians and the Executive Team to discuss updates, changes, and feedback. Use NextGen EMR and participate in ongoing training and implementation recognized nationally. Collaborate with a centralized Call Center handling scheduling, referrals, and patient follow-up. Engage with the Care Coordination Team to focus on high-risk patient populations. Provide medical services as scheduled by the client, including evening, weekend, and on-call duties. On-call duty approximately every 6th or 7th week. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed income over time and then go to production; complete details of the compensation model available. Income range: about $182k-200k based on experience. The group offers better than market rates with Commercial Insurance Plans. Also offers Shared Savings and Quality bonuses paid out to providers based on participation.
