Own the client experience end to end and make sure every single closing reflects the standard of our brand.

Build and continuously improve internal process. Make sure every workflow protects the client, protects the file, and protects our underwriter relationships.

Recruit, develop, and lead the team. Hire the best closers, examiners, and support staff in the market. Coach them to a higher standard than they thought they could reach.

Partner tightly with our real estate division so every transaction moves seamlessly from listing to closing table.

Bring strategic ideas to the table on where the operation goes next.
