Responsibilities What You Will Do The objective of a Customer Care Specialist is to provide excellent customer service and to provide resolution to our callers’ needs in a single call (One Call Resolution) in a professional manner. Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties: Perform duties while seated for long periods of time Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Navigate multiple computer systems and document customer interactions in real time Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal team members throughout the day Maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Work in an environment with frequent deadlines, shifting priorities, and continuous activity Requirements: High School Diploma required Hybrid role with in-office training and the flexibility to work remotely after onboarding Critter Control and Trutech are an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer This requisition is expected to be live for 30 days from initial date of posting.
