Ensure operational activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements. Implement standardized operating procedures and best practices. Manage operational risks and ensure timely resolution of service issues. Drive operational consistency and compliance across all assigned shifts. Own and continuously improve labor productivity and operational efficiency. Manage the departments to achieve establish productivity targets and performance expectations. Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions when performance falls below expectations. Drive initiatives focused on cost-per-unit reduction, throughput improvement, labor optimization, and waste elimination. Develop, manage, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational scorecards. Ensure accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of operational data. Present scorecard results to senior leadership, customers, and operational teams. Investigate KPI variances and develop action plans to improve results. Establish accountability mechanisms for site leadership to achieve performance targets. Serve as the primary operational contact for customer. Address operational concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution. Manage operational budgets and labor spend. Monitor profitability and operational costs across assigned shifts. Forecast labor requirements and manage staffing expenses effectively. Identify opportunities to improve margins through productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results. Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use metrics to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing challenging client conversations.
