The Details Location: Hybrid (In-Office & Remote) | College Station, TX Schedule: Full-Time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour What Your Day Looks Like You'll help keep the Stylecraft brand looking its best while supporting marketing initiatives across multiple communities and platforms. Digital Storytelling Help maintain and update our website with community information, home listings, photos, plat maps, open houses, and other content that keeps customers informed. Marketing Execution Prepare and update marketing materials, promotions, incentives, and campaign assets that support our sales teams and communities. Keeping Things Accurate Manage listing information, MLS updates, XML feeds, and reporting to ensure our marketing remains current and reliable. Project Support Assist with special projects, marketing campaigns, community launches, and company initiatives across the organization. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Director of Marketing and other departments to bring ideas to life and keep projects moving forward. Are You the Right Fit? Experience in marketing, advertising, content creation, or digital marketing. Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office. Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry.
