Hiring - Entry Level Production Associates

A leading manufacturer of engineered stainless‑steel banding, clamping, fastening, and cable‑management products is hiring Production Associates for multiple shifts at its Denver production facility. This hands‑on role supports the production of precision metal components used across aerospace, telecommunications, energy, construction, utilities, and other industrial sectors. You’ll operate production equipment, hand‑coil metal products, inspect for quality, and package finished goods.

Shift & Pay:

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — $21/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM — $21.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–6:30 AM — $22/hr

Job Description:

• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Load materials and monitor production processes
• Hand coil metal banding to precise specifications
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality
• Package and label finished items
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety standards
• Support production goals in a team‑oriented environment

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or warehouse preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude; troubleshooting skills are a plus
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team‑focused attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
