Tiler Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers to ensure that all tiling projects are completed efficiently accurately and to the highest quality standards Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of tilers including delegating tasks and providing guidance and support Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates Plan and schedule tiling projects ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively Inspect work sites regularly to ensure safety regulations are being followed and work is progressing according to plan Train new employees on proper tiling techniques and company policies Order necessary materials and supplies for projects within budget constraints Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets client expectations Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects and contractors to ensure seamless project execution Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience working as a tiler with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Extensive knowledge of tiling techniques materials tools and safety procedures Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be physically fit as the job may involve standing bending kneeling for extended periods of time Salary The salary for this position is $1300 per month Accommodation Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate Visa Sponsorship The company will sponsor the successful candidates visa application Travel Expenses The company will cover the cost of the successful candidates round-trip flight to Las Vegas Nationality This position is open to candidates of all nationalities with a preference for Pakistani and African applicants Language Fluency in English is required for this position Experience Previous tiling experience is preferred but not required On-the-job training will be provided for candidates without experience Gender This position is open to both men and women Location The job is located in Las Vegas USA #J-18808-Ljbffr AlSaree AutoTechnics
