Key Responsibilities

• Monitor roasting, processing, and packaging operations to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Verify and document critical controls: temperatures, metal detection, allergen controls, sanitation, and package integrity.
• Conduct product checks, sanitation checks, and pre-operational inspections; confirm equipment readiness before start-up.
• Complete QA, HACCP, SQF, GMP, sanitation, and production records accurately and on time.
• Support traceability, product holds, corrective actions, label verification, lot coding, audits, and finished product compliance.
• Inspect incoming materials and warehouse conditions for GMP and allergen compliance.
• Communicate food safety or quality concerns promptly and assist with training and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in QA or food manufacturing preferred.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SQF, allergen controls, and food safety regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, clear documentation habits, basic Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
