CTR Group is seeking several Machine Operators. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! What We Offer: Weekly Pay you receive a paycheck every week, $18 hourly Comprehensive Benefits Package Safety First! Key Responsibilities Set up, start up, and operate VFFS machines to produce pouch bags to specification. Load film, adjust machine settings, and complete changeovers for different bag sizes, products, and packaging requirements. Monitor fill weights, seal integrity, code dates, and bag appearance; make adjustments as needed. Identify and troubleshoot common issues (film tracking, seal jaws, weigher faults, jams) and perform minor repairs or adjustments. Conduct and document pre?operational, in?process, and quality checks in alignment with HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards. Verify labeling, lot coding, and packaging accuracy against work orders. Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. Maintain accurate production, downtime, and waste records. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Communicate equipment issues, quality concerns, or delays promptly to supervisors. Requirements Experience operating packaging or bagging equipment in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Familiarity with VFFS, pouch, or form?fill?seal equipment is a plus. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands?on troubleshooting. Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety/allergen handling practices preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate production and quality records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast?paced environment.
