The Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling components into finished products following precise specifications and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment to ensure production goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work orders, blueprints, or specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.
- Document completed work and report any discrepancies or material shortages.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies during assembly operations.
