Key Responsibilities Inspect, service, and repair power equipment with precision and care Perform routine maintenance such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs Test and diagnose engine malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and warranties Order and manage replacement parts inventory efficiently Customer Service Excellence Provide a positive and professional representation of the store Assist customers proactively and solve problems with a friendly demeanor Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously and effectively Share your expert knowledge of products and store layout Work Environment & Physical Demands Ensure a safe, professional, and supportive workplace for all associates Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, lifting up to 60 lbs, and operating equipment Work on‑site with a schedule that includes day shifts, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Qualifications & Benefits High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Previous small engine repair experience or completed coursework preferred STIHL certification preferred or completion of the certification after one year of employment.
