Account Clerk III

Job Posting Information
We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team in a specialized clerical role focused on complex accounting-related tasks. This position operates within established accounting systems and procedures, with independence in applying advanced accounting techniques.
Nature of Work/Examples of Work Performed
Process payments, open and close accounts, and provide responsive customer service
Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports
Enter data and perform general ledger adjustments
Ensure accuracy and compliance within all accounting processes
Desirable Knowledge, Abilities & Skills/Desirable Training & Experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and their practical application
Familiarity with governmental accounting standards
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Minimum Qualifications/Necessary Special Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent supplemented by coursework in accounting and at least 4 years of experience keeping and recording financial transactions; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
