Billing Coordinator

Job Description As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the firm through accurate and timely client billing, accounts receivable management, general ledger posting, and account reconciliations. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, accounting team members, and clients to ensure billing processes are completed efficiently and accurately. You will utilize Deltek Vantagepoint accounting software (previous experience is a plus) and leverage your strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with others, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
