As an Accounting Supervisor ,you will be responsible forproviding exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external vendors. Promptly respond to customer inquiries and document all communications Ensure billing is completed accurately and on time Review and balance daily revenue; update and correct reports as needed Provide support for accounts receivable processes Reconcile parking account transactions for designated areas Assist with auditing income for assigned areas What do you bring to the role? High school diploma required 1+ year of customer service or accounts receivable experience Frequent travel between downtown Milwaukee locations Able to work independently and in a team; fast-paced, high-volume setting; focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Strong documentation, research, and data analysis abilities What's in it for you?
