Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for implementation and monitoring of compliance with operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. Promotes a safe environment for the customer’s product, associates, and temporary workers. Responsibilities Writes and responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and operations. Advises management on the appropriate resolution of operating issues. Provides 100% customer satisfaction. Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates. Follows and implements all AIM procedures for the facility. Helps maintain a tour ready facility. Follows the Sundown policy. Monitors daily compliance to safety procedures. Investigate accidents and prepares reports. Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels. Supports the coordination of floor space and work flow schemes. Requirements High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education Excellent communication skills Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills Must have experience on forklift, reach, and order-selector 2-5 years warehouse experience 2-5 years working knowledge in WMS and RF systems Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs Ability to problem solve Total Rewards ID Logistics offers a generous benefits package for eligible associates to include 401K with match, Health, Vision, Dental and vacation and sick time, among other competitive benefits.
