Nurse - LPN

Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN Day & Night positions. Join our team as a charge nurse leader at our state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility. The role provides direct care to patients and oversees nurse aides, ensuring excellent care delivery and meeting the needs of residents, families, and staff.

Job Details

Pay Rate: $29.00 to $33.00 hourly based on LPN credentials and experience. Additional shift differentials are available for evening and weekend shifts. We offer daily pay, allowing you to receive cash on the same day if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with total patient care within the nursing unit and manage the unit
• Provide direct nursing care to patients
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON
• Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by nurse associates, monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures
• Administer medication and treatment per physician orders specific to the patient
• Instruct and observe care implementation per physician/clinician or standard practice
• Assist and direct the admission/discharge process of patients

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license in practice
• Maintains licensure (completes CE requirements) and CPR certification
• Desire to work with the elderly and enjoy direct interaction with residents, staff, and families
• Possesses strong organizational skills and follow‑up when patient situations require
