Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Providing therapeutic services via video consultations, ensuring a safe and constructive space for clients to explore their emotional challenges.

• Documenting session details and progress notes accurately for compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, allowing you to apply culturally competent approaches in your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.

• Strong writing skills for effective documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

• A clean record with no disciplinary actions against you from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n
