Senior Consultant, P&C Insurance, North America Atlanta, GA; Basking Ridge, NJ; Houston, TX; Lisle, IL; New York, NY; Richardson, TX About the Role The applicant should have experience advising P&C Insurance client executives, both business and IT, and leading teams for digital transformation, process reimagination, platform modernization programs, AI, and consulting engagements. Property and Casualty insurance product experience: Personal Lines (Vehicle/Auto, Motor Cycle, Watercraft, Fire) Property Lines (Home, renters, Condo, etc.) Commercial Lines (Property, Auto, Marine, General Liability, Business Insurance, Workers Compensation, Farm) Functional Areas – Product development, Product Consolidation, P&C Claims Management and Distribution Management Experience in business analytics and data tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) Experience with latest trends and disruptive innovations in Insurance such as AI, Embedded insurance, Uberization of Agency Models, Touchless claims, Virtual Agents, etc. Digital transformation and modernization programs. Platform implementations, legacy transformation, and digitization of services across the P&C value chain. Business operations: problem identification, analysis, and recommendation – includes analysis of current state, root cause analysis, developing insights, identifying solutions and designing future state. Process reimagination, process optimization, change management, design thinking techniques. Property and Casualty platforms such as Guidewire, DuckCreek, Majesco, EIS, Applied Systems, etc. Additional Consulting Responsibilities Client Relationship and Development: Regularly interacts with clients, including senior-level clients, communicates effectively, and earns clients’ respect. Client Delivery: Delivers high‑quality client outputs on time, largely independently, seeks advice when needed, and mentors others. Consulting Behaviours: Works independently with minimal oversight, seizes opportunities, maintains flexibility, adapts schedules and priorities, learns quickly, and embraces new challenges. Core Consulting Skills: Builds compelling business cases, masters facilitation and meeting skills, leads effective meetings, drives decision‑making, masters basic presentation skills, delivers credible presentations, and develops focused expertise in a vertical area. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a P&C insurer or comparable consulting services. Strategic mindset and ability to collaborate with team members. Multitasking, stakeholder engagement, effective planning, and consistent achievement of operational goals. Excellent relationship‑building abilities. Travel to client sites and for practice work efforts is required on an as‑needed basis. For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY, IL, MN, NJ states, estimated annual gross compensation range is $116,875 to $148,125.
