SEUIC keeps providing value services and solutions to more than 100,000+ domestic and foreign users. SEUIC Technologies Co., Ltd. is looking for a Sales Engineer for North America. Sales Engineer is a technical pre-sales engineer who combines technical knowledge with sales skills and vertical expertise. Responsible for defining and/or designing technical requirements and recommending appropriate technical solutions that support the achievement of Sales goals. Candidate will be expected to have a deep knowledge of industry standard technologies, vertical markets and/or products (mobile computing, RFID, Machine Vision) Candidate will develop relationships with sales team, internal engineering, and key technical customer contacts in order to leverage these resources to Company’s advantage. This position will lead in the development and execution of a technology strategy for assigned accounts or territory. It represents and communicates the technical elements of solutions to customers and/or partners. Strong communications, business/marketing, financial, and computer skills required. Some travel will be required. Technical/Business Knowledge Uses in depth knowledge of customers business to position Seuic solutions effectively versus competition. In-depth knowledge and strong operating experience in at least one of the following areas of specialization: RFID, Mobile Computing (MC), Advanced Data Capture (ADC), Mobility Software applications (including tools and OS’s), Wide Area Network (WAN & WWAN) Technologies, wired and wireless networking technologies (includes routing and routed protocols and RF WLAN technologies), RF and network security. Experience of relevant enterprise mobility solutions, product line specifications, performance criteria, applications. Competitive knowledge (in area(s) of specialization) including solutions, technology and product offerings. Understands and is conversant about company, competitors, technologies, solutions, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Understands and can solve problems of advanced complexity (e.g. verifying technical compatibility and integration requirements) at the customer/partner level. Understands Enterprise, SPG, SMB, Service Provider and/or equivalent business models. Ability to project manage and a knowledge of resource tracking. Expertise in hardware and/or software, testing, implementation and troubleshooting. Skills Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills. Responsibilities Lead pre-sale technical sales efforts on a variety of Seuic products to large Enterprise customers. Opportunity to lead a technical team including Sales, System Integrators, Product Engineers, Program Managers and Business Partners to implement enterprise solutions. Measured on achieving team sales goal. Lead the coordination of technical sales activities related to perspective accounts, partners and/or territory. Set-up and lead solution demonstrations for customers and partners. Lead technical presentations for customers, partners, prospects and internal Seuic teams. Acts as a resource to customers based on intimate knowledge of relevant industries and needs. Solve complex problems which may require unique solutions (e.g unique applications of existing technologies) that are used across the business in similar situations. Leads problem resolution, identifies appropriate resources, pro-actively develops contingency plans. Attend technical, product and sales training as required. Develop an understanding of relevant competitive solutions, products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred 5-8 years of relevant work experience Uses advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage. Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships. Often leads others in their development; provides input to policies and practices.
