This exciting role involves a high level of responsibility and offers the opportunity for personal growth and career advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving industrial processes and designs to maintain efficiency and reduce costs. If you have a passion for problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in the manufacturing industry, this might be the job for you. Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification. Assess processes for their relevance, and assess the adequacy of engineering equipment. Review and improve on existing systems, making use of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure the safety of the workforce. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in manufacturing safety and risk assessments. Proficient in Process Optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen principles. Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
