This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Clearwater Soil & Water Conservation District is looking for an Office Manager who can independently oversee daily operations, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, callers, partner agencies, and board members. Responsibilities include managing reception, communications, scheduling, and coordinating with bookkeepers for bill payments, payroll, audits, and budget preparation. The role supports board meetings, maintains project and office files, tracks required reports and deadlines, and facilitates communication with the Idaho Soil & Water Conservation Commission. Additional duties include coordinating outreach and educational events, elections, donations, leases and building interactions, vehicle maintenance, and performing basic office janitorial tasks. Field visits to assist project manager, observe and document project progress are conducted as needed. Will work approximately 20 hours a week but may work additional hours as needed.
