We are actively hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists at our Young Powersports XL location. In this role, you’ll connect with customers through calls, texts, and digital communication to schedule service appointments, follow up on maintenance needs, and support the service team. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and special offers
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
• Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments
• Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting daily call and service targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in growth opportunities within the organization
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
