Lead Solutions Engineer

We are hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer to support growth across Data Centers, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Microgrids, Industrial, OEM, and Utility markets . This is a customer-facing technical role that partners with sales, engineering, product management, contractors, utilities, and end users to develop and deliver scalable electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical expert for customers, sales teams, distributors, contractors, EPCs, engineers, and project owners Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions using client products and services Support specification development and product adoption in strategic markets Lead technical discussions, presentations, and solution reviews with customers and internal teams Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, system designs, and installation requirements Provide troubleshooting support and technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Sales to improve solutions and customer outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering 8+ years of experience in electrical systems, power systems, utility infrastructure, manufacturing, or wire & cable applications Background in Solutions Engineering, Application Engineering, Product Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting Strong understanding of electrical power systems and applications Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Experience with Data Centers, ESS, Microgrids, Utility Infrastructure, or Industrial/OEM markets Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, UL, NEMA, ASTM, CSA, ICEA Master’s degree or 12+ years of relevant experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
