Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $16.82 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thu: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor check‑in processes, and document authorized access to help support security‑related operations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns. Complete required reports, logs, and access records, and communicate with site contacts regarding incidents, policy questions, and/or changes in site activity. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
