The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the laboratory and patient financial services functions. This position is responsible for assisting with laboratory patient accounts, optimizing billing workflows, supporting insurance and denial follow-up processes, answering patient billing inquiries, and performing general administrative duties. The role serves as a liaison between the laboratory, patient financial services, and patients to help ensure accurate and timely account processing and excellent customer service.Benefits include: Eligibility for health, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) plan; life insurance; short-term disability; flexible spending accounts; and many other elective benefits subject to plan terms.
