Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

Position Overview Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join the Corporate Practice Group in any of our offices located in the United States. Key Responsibilities Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists. Draft transaction documents. Work on corporate law matters, including mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters. Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Qualifications Three to six years of experience in corporate law. Experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters. Experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents. Excellent writing skills and superior academic record. Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $315,000. Actual initial salary will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job‑related factors, including location. The package includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Work Environment Our in‑office work policy asks all attorneys, consulting professionals and paraprofessionals to work from a Faegre Drinker office three days per week, balancing collaboration, relationship‑building and client service while supporting individual flexibility and work‑life balance.
