Maintenance Technician - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to work with Alene Skilled in New Albany. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and maintaining high standards of production efficiency.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday. Hours dependent on Shift.
Pay Rates
- 25.00 - 32.00 USD hourly
Must-have Requirements for Maintenance Technician
- Experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams.
- Basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks.
- Ability to repair small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment.
Skills Requirements for Maintenance Technician
- Performing preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery.
- Experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures.
- Adherence to Lockout Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols.
Role for Maintenance Technician
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute repairs on production lines to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment concerns promptly.
