Microsoft Power Platform/Power Apps Lead Developer

Role Description

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates programming application activities.
• Writes business applications computer software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business problems or questions.
• Develops statements of problems, designs systems and programs, and writes programs in computer language for solution by means of data processing equipment.
• Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software.
• Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Power App development experience with Canvas apps or Model-Driven apps and experience with Power Automate Flows and Dataverse and SQL Server.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen or a US resident with at least 7 years of residency.
• Clearance requirement: Ability to receive an NRC IT-1 Public Trust.

• Location: Telework - Candidates must reside in one of our approved hiring states within the United States.

• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Amount of Travel: Less than 10%.
• Physical demands: Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
