What You'll Do

As a Showing Assistant, you'll help guide buyers through the home-search process while strengthening your real estate expertise.

• Show homes to qualified buyers throughout Central Kentucky
• Communicate consistently, professionally, and promptly with clients and team members
• Assist lead agents with buyer consultations, follow-up, and related activities
• Collect, document, and communicate feedback following property showings
• Stay informed about available inventory, new listings, and local market trends
• Help buyers better understand each stage of the purchasing process
• Learn and consistently use the team's systems, scripts, and established workflows

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
