Come be a part of the revolution!About the Role: Home Health AideAs a Home Health Aide, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley at Home.As a Home Health Aide, you will:Assist patients in an assigned territory within our 16 county service area by traveling in all weather conditions.Communicates with clients before performing tasks so clients are well informed and comfortable before each activity.
