PRIMARY PURPOSE: To support high school students and staff in the dual credit program by providing supervision and academic assistance. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of basic computer operations and skills Ability to operate personal computer and educational software Ability to work with students and teachers effectively Ability to communicate effectively Experience: Two years' experience working with school-aged children MENTAL DEMANDS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals
Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and se of mouse; occasional reaching
Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds)
Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours
