What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NNPs and pediatric specialists
• Manage high-risk deliveries and critically-ill newborns
• Conduct outpatient and inpatient assessments adhering to evidence-based guidelines
• Support transport calls and participate in high-risk case management
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education

What You Need:

• Medical license and certification in Neonatology
• Completion of fellowship in Neonatology
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Ability to work within a collaborative environment
