A restaurant located in The Woodlands, Texas is looking for an experienced Barista with a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy hospitality environment.

Job Description
We are seeking a Barista to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering attentive and professional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow beverage recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency and quality.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Take beverage orders accurately and assist guests with questions about drinks and menu selections.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee products, ingredients, preparation methods, and available beverage options.
• Keep the barista station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items or supply needs to management.
• Coordinate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during high-volume periods.
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.

What You Bring / Lo Que Tú Aportas

• Previous Barista experience , preferably in a restaurant, café, coffee shop, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation techniques.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
