You will be responsible for setting up and managing ERP, PLM, procurement, and inventory software systems to ensure data integrity, automation, and operational scalability.You will sit at the intersection of IT, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, shaping how automated data pipelines and system integrations power real-time visibility across our global operations.What You'll Do Here:Lead the strategy, selection, implementation, and enhancement of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systemsBuild seamless data integrations across PLM, ERP, WIP and warehouse management, supplier portal systemsEnsure high data fidelity and accuracy for master data elements including BOMs, part numbers, vendor master files, and lead timesDevelop automated workflows and dashboard reporting metrics for executive visibility into inventory, procurement spend, and pipeline bottlenecks.Partner with engineering to streamline Engineering Change Order (ECO) release flows between PLM and ERP systemsProvide system administration, user training, access controls, and ongoing troubleshooting support for internal teamsWho You Are:6+ years experience administering or implementing supply chain systems (ERP, PLM, MRP, or WMS) in a hardware technology settingDemonstrated expertise with systems such as NetSuite, SAPOne, Arena, Propel, Coupa, or similar platformsStrong business systems analysis skillset, with the ability to translate operational workflows into scalable technical requirementsAbility to build customized AI tool is highly desirableExcellent communication and change-management skills to train non-technical users on system capabilitiesExcited to build digital supply chain foundations from the ground up in a scaling startup environmentCompensationThe US base salary for this full-time position is determined based on a variety of factors including role, experience, location, job related skills, and relevant education and training.
