Assistant Manager

We are looking for hard‑working, outgoing, energetic restaurant management personnel to excel in a fast‑paced, fast‑casual environment. Flexible schedule required; nights and weekends are necessary. Job Qualifications Minimum age 16 years Ability to work at least 9 hours per week Capabilities Requirement Manage all personnel during each shift, including cashiers and cooks. Oversee inventory management and food‑cost control. Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed correctly. Hire and schedule staff to maintain guest experience while managing labor expenses. Verify daily cash drawers, safe balances, and credit‑card totals. Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals. Maintain all product quality standards. Create and uphold a high‑quality environment within the store. Lead the team effectively and coach employee performance.
