We partner with mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations across financial services, legal, pharma, consumer goods and technology, developing mid-level and senior leaders through coaching, cohort programs and co-branded executive education. We're a growing firm where every senior hire shapes how we go to market.

The role

You'll own new business for TNS in the New York region, finding, shaping and closing leadership development engagements with heads of talent, L&D leaders and CHROs. This is a full-cycle seat: you'll work alongside our business development team and CEO, but you own the number and the relationships. You'll be selling a differentiated point of view, not a catalog, and you'll help shape how we sell it.

What You'll Do

• Build and close a pipeline of new logos across mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies, from first conversation through signed SOW.
• Run consultative discovery with senior HR and talent leaders: diagnose the leadership problem, then design the right mix of coaching, cohort programs and executive education.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, including HR, business leaders and procurement, and respond to RFPs.
• Partner with our BDRs on target accounts and work your own network for warm introductions.
• Expand existing client relationships into new business units and leader populations.
• Represent TNS at roundtables, panels and industry events in the New York market.
• Keep HubSpot accurate and forecast reliably; give honest feedback on what the market is telling us.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales, with at least 3 selling leadership development, executive coaching, corporate training or L&D solutions.
• A record of closing six-figure engagements with Fortune 500 or mid-sized enterprises, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort selling to CHROs, heads of talent and L&D leaders, and credibility in a room with senior executives.
• A hunter's discipline: you've built pipeline from scratch, not only managed inherited accounts.
• An existing network among New York-area HR and talent leaders is a strong plus; financial services, legal or pharma relationships even more so.
• Based in New York City or the surrounding region (NJ, CT, Westchester, Long Island), able to meet clients in person regularly.

Compensation and location

• Base salary: 90,000–120,000, depending on experience.
• On-target earnings: $200,000, with uncapped commission and accelerators above quota.
• Compensation includes commission on new business and account expansion, with a structured first-year ramp.
• Location: New York metro, hybrid; regular in-person client meetings.
