Senior Legal Counsel — AI & SaaS Contracts Expert

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in Boston to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle for outbound and inbound transactions, including SaaS agreements, AI addenda, and vendor agreements. You will negotiate, draft, and review complex contracts, while partnering with Sales, Procurement, and Deals Operations to manage risk and drive deal closure.
The role requires a JD with a U.S. license, 10+ years of experience in corporate contracts, and strong privacy/AI expertise.
