Indian Land, SC
We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Managing Partner to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Indian Land, SC. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants true ownership of their business, team, and financial performance.
As the Managing Partner in Indian Land, SC, you will oversee all aspects of operations including P&L performance, labor management, cost controls, sales growth, and team development. You’ll be responsible for building a strong leadership bench, creating an energetic culture, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every single day.
This opportunity in Indian Land, SC is ideal for a current General Manager who wants more autonomy, higher earning potential, and long-term growth. We are looking for a proven high-volume operator who understands how to drive revenue while maintaining operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
$75,000 – $100,000 base salary
